1. How do I reserve my party? – We recommend booking at least a month in advance. Weekends book up even faster. Bookings are first come first served.
2. What is required at the time of booking? – When a party date & time has been selected, a retainer fee AND a signed agreement is required to secure your reservation. We must receive the retainer and signed agreement before we can fully commit to your date. Upon receipt of these, we will contact you and verify your event has been booked.
3. What forms of payment do you accept? – We accept cash, cleared check, or cashier's check. The balance is due as stated on the agreement, usually no later than one week prior to the date of the party. No parties will start without the balance being paid in full.
4. How long are the parties? – Our portion of your party is about 45 minutes. This allows you to have a 2-3 hour parties, still have time for presents, refreshments and anything else you want to include at your party.
5. Where are the parties held? – Our parties come to your home or desired location.
6. How many guests may I invite? – As many or a few as you'd like. We have a $180 minimum regardless of how many children attend the party. See our party packages for more details
8. What happens if I need to cancel the party? – Once a retainer is paid, parties can only be rescheduled. We will work with you to find an alternative date & time. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your retainer is non-refundable. You can also convert your party to a party in a box.
9. What happens if there is inclement weather or an illness? – In the event of severe weather, we and you have the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel your party, remember that your retainer is non-refundable.
10. Do adults stay for the party? – This is entirely up to the party hostess. However, parents and other adults are encouraged to stay and enjoy the festivities. There are always great photo opportunities that you may not want to miss.
